The product being manufactured undergoes several quality checks during manufacturing like:
In-coming inspection: All the raw materials and items are checked before being accepted and being issued for production. The various test certificates, inspection reports are recorded for future reference.
In- process inspection: The products undergo inspection during the manufacturing process, at every stage of production. This ensures that there is no compromise regarding the quality of the product.
Periodic checks: Periodic checks are carried out during manufacturing for the proper calibration of machines, inspection of instruments and the data is recorded for reference.
Final inspection: A final test of the products is conducted tat the shop before the dispatch of the products. This includes hydro test, pneumatic test and running no load trials. The final performance test is conducted at the clients site and verified by the clients them selves for their utmost satisfaction.
Infrastructure
We have a well equipped factory with all the modern facilities for top quality manufacturing of products. Our factory covers an area of 7915 Sq ft to meet the large-scale demands of production for clients. Area of around 85 Sq Ft is made available for the smooth working of the office staff. We cater to designing, engineering, manufacturing, installation and after sales services of vessels for our clients. Our updated and modern machinery has help us gain a leverage in our production range and capacity.
